DREAMS is a free standing, "after-hours" consumer run recovery center located on 1st Ave. NE in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Our mission is to offer individuals, with mental health and co-occurring disorders, eighteen and older, a safe environment to socialize, recreate, attend support and educational groups while meeting others who are committed to support individuals in finding their "Voice" and realizing their dreams.
Attendees are encouraged to participate in the day to day operation and activities of the center through voicing their ideas and/or serving on the Advisory Committee which meets each Saturday at 2pm.
The D.R.E.A.M.S. Board of Directors has been meeting since September, 2007. The Arti
